According to USDA, Dec ’19 soybean meal export volumes declined to a three month low level while finishing lower on a YOY basis for the first time in the past three months, down 2.4%. Dec ’19 soybean oil export volumes also declined to a three month low but remained higher on a YOY basis for the third consecutive month, finishing up 16.8%.
